- Sending and receiving email through our email hosting services
- Storing and serving legitimate content
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal content: Hosting or distributing content that violates local, state, national, or international law
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages
- Malware: Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software
- Phishing: Impersonating others or attempting to collect credentials deceptively
- Network abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
- Resource abuse: Cryptocurrency mining, running open proxies, or activities that consume excessive resources impacting other customers
- Copyright infringement: Hosting content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
- Harassment: Using our services to harass, threaten, or abuse others
Email-Specific Rules
- You must not send bulk unsolicited emails (spam)
- All mailing lists must be opt-in with proper unsubscribe mechanisms
- You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements
- Email sending limits may apply based on your plan
Resource Usage
While we offer "unmetered bandwidth" on paid plans, this is intended for normal website operation. We reserve the right to limit accounts that consume resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- A warning with a request to remedy the violation
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement if required
We aim to provide reasonable notice before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is needed to protect our network or other customers.
